Privacy control

Data deletion and disconnection.

Authorized users can disconnect a connected platform account and request deletion of data stored by Noryun. Deleting Noryun data does not automatically delete content already stored by an external platform.

Disconnect a connected account

  1. Sign in to Noryun.
  2. Open Settings and Connected Accounts.
  3. Select the exact account.
  4. Review affected pending actions.
  5. Confirm Disconnect.

Disconnecting stops new access through that authorization and cancels eligible queued work. An action already accepted by an external platform may not be reversible.

What a deletion request may cover

Depending on verified scope, deletion may include stored authorization tokens, connected account identifiers, retrieved profile or channel information, content metadata, comments and analytics, draft jobs and replies, uploaded media still stored by Noryun, and workspace profile information.

Submit a request

Never submit a password, OAuth token, verification code, recovery code, API secret, or identity document through this form.
