This policy explains what information Noryun processes, why it is needed, the choices available to authorized users, and how to request disconnection or deletion.

1. Who we are

Noryun is a social media operations application operated by Noravune Living LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Noravune,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy applies to the Noryun website, application, support services, and enabled official API integrations.

2. Information we process

Information you provide

  • Account and profile information, such as your name, email address, role, and workspace membership.
  • Content, files, instructions, support requests, and other information you choose to submit.
  • Connection settings and authorization choices for services you ask us to connect.

Information from connected services

When you authorize a connection, we process only the information allowed by the permissions you approve. Depending on the connection, this may include account identifiers, profile details, content metadata, performance metrics, advertising data, commerce data, and authorization tokens.

Depending on the enabled platform and permissions, this may include an account, Page, professional account, or channel identifier; account identity; granted scopes; authorization tokens; content metadata; comments; publishing status; and first-party performance information.

Noryun does not request or store the password used to access TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Google, or YouTube.

Technical information

We may collect device and browser information, IP address, timestamps, request and error logs, security events, and usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

3. How we use information

  • Provide connected-account, publishing-review, comment-review, analytics, and deletion workflows requested by authorized users.
  • Authenticate users and maintain authorized connections.
  • Protect accounts, investigate abuse, troubleshoot errors, and maintain service reliability.
  • Comply with law, enforce our Terms of Service, and defend legal rights.
  • Improve the service using aggregated or de-identified information where reasonably possible.

We do not sell connected-platform data, share OAuth tokens with data brokers or advertising networks, or use connected-platform data to train general-purpose AI models.

4. How we share information

We may share information with infrastructure, storage, security, analytics, and support providers that process it for us under contractual restrictions. We may also share information when you direct us to, within your organization according to assigned roles, during a corporate transaction, or when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.

Connected platforms, including TikTok, process information under their own privacy policies. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, fulfill the purposes described here, satisfy legal and security obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention periods vary by data type and workspace configuration.

You can disconnect a connected service to stop future access through that authorization. You may request deletion through the Noryun account controls or the public Data Deletion page. Noravune has approved an internal retention schedule, but specific periods will be published only after every applicable data handler and backup lifecycle has been configured and verified.

6. Security and international processing

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption in transit, scoped credentials, and audit logging. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Noravune Living LLC is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw platform permissions through the applicable platform and disconnect integrations within Noryun. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request.

8. Children

Noryun is a business operations application intended for authorized adults and is not directed to children.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the product, platform requirements, or applicable law changes. For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@noryun.com. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, one-time codes, private keys, or identity documents by ordinary email.

This company-approved local draft has not been reviewed by outside legal counsel and must not be treated as deployed policy until the technical enforcement and publication gates are approved.
