1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Noravune Living LLC (“Noravune,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Noryun, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization and authorize each connected account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
2. The service
Noryun provides controlled social account authorization, content review, publishing, comment, analytics, and audit workflows where implemented and approved. Features vary by platform, account eligibility, granted permission, review status, and API availability.
Analytics, recommendations, forecasts, and AI-generated outputs are informational tools. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for every business decision or external action.
3. Accounts and authorized integrations
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for users and activity in your workspace.
You may connect third-party services only when you have authority to do so. Your use of TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google, YouTube, and other connected services remains subject to their respective terms and policies. You authorize us to process connected-service data only as needed for requested features and within permissions you approve. You may revoke a connection at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Break the law, violate another person’s rights, or breach a connected platform’s terms.
- Access accounts or data without authorization, bypass technical limits, or probe the service for vulnerabilities.
- Upload malware, disrupt the service, send spam, or conduct deceptive or abusive activity.
- Scrape, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service or connected-platform data except as expressly permitted.
- Use outputs without appropriate human review where they may materially affect people, finances, legal rights, or platform compliance.
5. Your content and data
You retain ownership of content and data you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service and fulfill your instructions. You represent that you have all rights needed to provide the content and data.

6. Noravune property
The service, software, interfaces, designs, documentation, and related intellectual property are owned by Noravune or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation.
7. Fees
If you purchase a paid service, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and applicable taxes will be disclosed before purchase or in an order form. You authorize the stated charges. Except where law requires otherwise or an order form states otherwise, fees already paid are nonrefundable.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, fail to pay an undisputed amount, or if a connected platform requires it. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific business results, or the continued availability of any third-party integration.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noravune will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities. Noravune’s aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Noravune for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
10. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Noravune from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your content, your unlawful or unauthorized use of the service, or your material breach of these Terms.
11. Governing law and general terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except to the extent mandatory law requires otherwise. These Terms do not designate an exclusive court or venue, require arbitration, or include a class-action waiver.
These Terms and any applicable order form are the entire agreement concerning the service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
